These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to VoiceTagGods.com and your purchase and use of custom voice tags, vocal recordings, audio files, and related services provided by Voice Tag Gods ("VTG," "we," "us," or "our").
By visiting our website, placing an order, requesting a revision, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our services.
Who We Are
VoiceTagGods.com is operated by Voice Tag Gods, LLC, located at 310 Athens St, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088, United States. Voice Tag Gods is the trading name used throughout these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must place the order or approve your use of the services.
Our Services
VTG provides custom-recorded voice tags and related audio services. Each order is produced using the wording, pronunciation guidance, vocalist selection, selected options, and creative instructions submitted by the customer.
The service configuration and checkout page shown when you order determine the phrases, effects, add-ons, revision allowance, turnaround time, and other features included with your purchase.
AI Producer Tags
Where a vocalist’s profile offers it, a tag can be ordered two ways: a human recording performed by that vocalist, or an AI producer tag generated from a voice model of that same vocalist. You select the route before payment, and it is named on your order confirmation.
Each AI voice model is built from recordings by a named VTG vocalist and is used with that vocalist’s permission. VTG does not model, imitate, or offer the voice of any public figure, recording artist, or other person who is not a VTG vocalist, and will not accept an order requesting one.
An AI producer tag uses the wording, pronunciation guidance, and effects treatment you submit, is delivered in the same file formats as a human recording, and is licensed to you on the same terms set out under “Your License to the Completed Voice Tag” below. Revisions are governed by our Revision Policy.
Producing an AI producer tag involves a third-party voice platform, as described under “Third-Party Services” below.
Order Acceptance
Your payment confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not require us to accept an unlawful, abusive, technically impossible, or otherwise unsuitable request.
If we reject an order before production begins, we will cancel it and return the amount paid to the original payment method.
Placing an Order
When placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information, including:
- The exact name, wording, or phrase you want recorded.
- Clear pronunciation guidance for names, unusual words, abbreviations, or phrases that may be pronounced in more than one way.
- Your chosen vocalist, service, add-ons, delivery email address, and creative direction.
- Any reference recordings, examples, or other materials reasonably needed to complete the order.
You are responsible for reviewing your spelling, wording, pronunciation guidance, vocalist, service configuration, and email address before payment.
Changing a name, word, phrase, vocalist, concept, or other essential detail after production begins is not a revision and may require a new order.
Customer Authority and Payment
By making a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to enter into the transaction.
- You are the authorized owner or permitted user of the payment method used.
- The billing and contact information submitted with the order is accurate.
- You authorize VTG and its payment provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.
Orders may be delayed, suspended, or canceled if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, identified as potentially fraudulent, or otherwise not successfully completed.
Prices and Taxes
Prices may change before an order is placed. The price applicable to your order is the total displayed and accepted at checkout.
Applicable taxes or other mandatory charges may be added where required by your location or applicable law.
Order Turnaround
Vocalists set their own prices and may set their own turnaround. Unless a different timeframe is clearly displayed for the selected service and vocalist at checkout, standard delivery is targeted within 48 hours of purchase. When the 24-hour delivery add-on is selected and paid for, delivery is targeted within 24 hours of purchase.
- Standard Delivery: Up to 48 hours from purchase unless checkout displays another timeframe.
- 24-Hour Delivery Add-on: Up to 24 hours from purchase.
Turnaround begins only after payment succeeds and we have received all information reasonably required to produce the order.
Sundays are excluded from VTG turnaround calculations unless we expressly state otherwise. Turnaround schedules are calculated using Eastern Time in the United States.
The turnaround clock may be paused by missing information, unclear instructions, delayed customer responses, payment reviews, or other customer-caused delays. If VTG exceeds the applicable turnaround for another reason, the remedies in our Refund Policy apply.
Order Delivery
Completed orders are delivered electronically to the email address submitted with the order or through another digital delivery method communicated to you.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and email-security filters.
Voice tags are normally supplied in WAV format. MP3 files may also be supplied when included with your selected service configuration or requested and available.
For these Terms and our policies, an order is considered delivered when the completed files or a working download link are sent to the email address supplied with the order, whether or not the customer opens or downloads them. VTG may retain delivery, access, and download records.
Revisions
Eligible revisions are governed by our Revision Policy and the revision allowance included with the selected service configuration.
Unless the service description states otherwise, each voice tag includes one complimentary revision requested within 30 days after delivery. A revision lets the original human vocalist, or VTG’s production system for an AI Producer Tag, make a reasonable performance or mix adjustment while keeping the original wording and core creative direction.
A revision does not include changing the script, adding or removing words, switching vocalists, creating an additional tag, or replacing the original concept with substantially new creative direction.
Pronunciation Corrections
If a vocalist incorrectly pronounces a name, word, or phrase despite receiving accurate and sufficient pronunciation instructions, you may request a correction at no additional charge.
An eligible pronunciation correction does not use your complimentary revision. If VTG cannot provide a correct pronunciation, you may qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, late-order remedies, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
You may generally request a refund before the completed order is delivered. After delivery, the order is generally non-refundable except for the specific exceptions stated in the Refund Policy or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Subjective dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Where available, you should use the revision process to request an eligible adjustment.
Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
Where applicable law gives you a withdrawal period, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request that VTG begin performing the customized service before that period expires and to acknowledge the legal effect of beginning or completing performance. Any such acknowledgment must be given separately and expressly.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us before starting a chargeback or payment dispute so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
You must not submit a fraudulent chargeback, falsely claim that an authorized order was unauthorized, or claim non-delivery after the completed files or download link were delivered.
VTG may provide order details, communications, delivery records, access records, and other relevant evidence to payment providers, banks, card networks, or dispute-resolution services.
Your Order Content
You retain any rights you already hold in the names, scripts, logos, recordings, reference materials, and other content you submit.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own it or have permission to use it.
- VTG's use of it to complete the order will not violate another person's rights.
- The requested recording is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or intended to deceive others.
- You have permission to use any names, trademarks, music, recordings, or other third-party material included in the request.
You grant VTG and the assigned vocalist a limited license to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to process, record, revise, mix, deliver, and support your order.
Your License to the Completed Voice Tag
After full payment and delivery, VTG grants you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the completed custom voice tag in personal and commercial projects, including music, beats, videos, podcasts, broadcasts, livestreams, social media content, and advertisements.
You do not owe VTG an ongoing royalty for ordinary permitted use unless a different written agreement was made before purchase.
This license does not grant:
- Ownership of the vocalist's name, image, likeness, identity, personal brand, or underlying voice.
- Permission to claim that the vocalist endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with you or your project.
- Rights in third-party music, effects, samples, scripts, names, trademarks, or materials supplied or requested by you.
- Permission to resell or distribute the standalone voice-tag file as stock audio, a sample pack, a voice dataset, or a competing voice-tag product.
Copyright and Trademark Protection
VTG does not guarantee that a name, phrase, slogan, script, recording, or voice tag is eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property protection.
You are responsible for checking whether your requested content conflicts with existing rights and whether you should obtain trademark registration or other legal protection. VTG does not provide legal advice or trademark-clearance services.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website, vocalists, or delivered recordings to:
- Commit fraud, impersonate another person, or mislead others about the source of a recording.
- Falsely suggest that a vocalist endorses, sponsors, supports, or is affiliated with you or your project.
- Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or violate another person's rights.
- Create unlawful, discriminatory, or intentionally harmful material.
- Train an artificial-intelligence model, clone a vocalist's voice, create a synthetic voice, or build a voice-conversion system using the recording without the vocalist's express written permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the standalone recording as stock audio, a voice dataset, a sample pack, a template, or part of a competing voice-tag service.
- Use a vocalist's name, photograph, biography, likeness, or identity for promotion without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, payment systems, order records, files, or administrative systems.
Respectful Communication
You agree to communicate respectfully with VTG vocalists, contractors, and support personnel.
For abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harassing conduct, VTG may restrict direct contact, require communication through support, cancel uncompleted discretionary work, or refuse future service. This does not remove any mandatory legal remedy or contractual remedy already owed to you.
Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review, testimonial, rating, comment, or other feedback, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, or confidential material.
You give VTG permission to display, reproduce, format, and use submitted reviews and feedback in connection with VoiceTagGods.com and the promotion of our services. We may shorten or format a review for presentation but will not intentionally change its meaning.
Submitting feedback does not authorize VTG to publish your private order files or completed voice tag unless you separately permit that use.
Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers, email providers, hosting providers, file-delivery platforms, analytics services, and social media websites.
VTG is not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party services it does not own or control. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Website Availability
We aim to keep VoiceTagGods.com available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Voice tags are custom creative services, and preferences regarding voice, tone, energy, pacing, effects, and style are subjective.
VTG will provide its services with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee a particular commercial result, audience response, brand recognition, streaming performance, revenue level, or subjective reaction.
Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website and services are provided without additional express or implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delivered files, including lost profits, revenue, opportunities, data, reputation, or anticipated savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTG's total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, or other liability protected by mandatory law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Content or instructions you submitted.
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of a completed voice tag.
- Your infringement of another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Your material violation of these Terms.
Refusal or Termination of Service
VTG may reject an order, suspend service, cancel an uncompleted order, restrict website access, or refuse future orders where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, unlawful content, security concerns, repeated policy violations, payment disputes, or risks to VTG, its vocalists, customers, or third parties.
Any refund following cancellation will be handled under the Refund Policy, the work already performed, and applicable law.
Policies and Order-Specific Terms
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, Revision Policy, Refund Policy, and service- or add-on-specific conditions displayed at checkout form the agreement between you and VTG regarding your order.
If a service description, add-on description, or written offer contains a specific term that conflicts with a general term here, the more specific order term applies unless prohibited by law.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the state courts located in Houston County, Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.
Before beginning formal proceedings, you agree to contact VTG and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally, unless doing so would limit a legal right or filing deadline.
Changes to These Terms
VTG may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, add-ons, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
The version in effect when you place an order will generally govern that order. Updated Terms apply to future orders and continued website use after they become effective.
