Email Newsletters Through Brevo
VTG uses Brevo as its email-marketing and newsletter provider. When you submit the newsletter form, your email address, optional first name, subscription source, and consent choice are transferred to Brevo so Brevo can send a confirmation email and, after you confirm, VTG marketing emails.
VTG uses a double opt-in process for new website subscriptions. Your address is added to the confirmed newsletter audience only after you click the confirmation link. VTG and Brevo may retain subscription, confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe, complaint, and suppression records as evidence of consent and to make sure an address that opted out is not added again accidentally.
Depending on campaign settings, Brevo may process delivery, open, and link-click information to operate the mailing list, measure engagement, prevent abuse, and improve deliverability. Every VTG marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method. You can also withdraw consent by contacting VTG.

AI Producer Tags Through ElevenLabs
Where you order an AI producer tag, VTG uses ElevenLabs to generate the recording. The phrase or name you asked for is sent to ElevenLabs together with an identifier for the vocalist's voice model so the audio can be produced.
Your email address, payment details, order notes, and discount code are not sent to ElevenLabs. Only the wording of the tag itself and the voice-model identifier are transferred. Because a tag is usually a producer name or alias, treat that wording as information that leaves VTG.
Each voice model is built from recordings by a named VTG vocalist and is used with that vocalist's permission. VTG does not model the voice of anyone who is not a VTG vocalist. Human-recorded orders are not sent to ElevenLabs at all.
ElevenLabs processes the request under its own terms and applies its own retention practices. Review ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy for more information.
Reviews and Gravatar
If you submit a review, the review, rating, and name or artist name you provide may be displayed publicly on VoiceTagGods.com.
VTG may use Gravatar to display an avatar associated with the review email address. The email address is transformed into a cryptographic hash before the Gravatar request is made. Gravatar is operated by Automattic and applies its own privacy terms.
You should not include confidential or sensitive personal information in a public review.
Vocalists and Order Confidentiality
Order information is shared with the assigned vocalist or audio professional only to the extent reasonably necessary to complete and support the order.
Do not include passwords, complete payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in your script, instructions, files, or messages unless it is strictly necessary and specifically requested.
Portfolio and Promotional Use
Submitting a private order does not automatically authorize VTG to publish the completed tag, script, logo, artist name, brand name, or order materials for promotional or portfolio use.
VTG will use private order content publicly only where you have given permission, the applicable order terms clearly allow that use, or you have already made the content public and applicable law permits the use.
Artificial Intelligence
VTG does not use private scripts, uploaded recordings, pronunciation examples, completed voice tags, or other private order files to train artificial-intelligence models.
