This Revision Policy explains what qualifies as a revision, what is excluded, how long revision requests remain available, and how Voice Tag Gods ("VTG") handles revision requests.
Included Revision
Unless the selected service configuration clearly states otherwise, each voice tag includes one complimentary revision. Human-recorded tags are revised by the original vocalist. AI Producer Tags are regenerated or adjusted by VTG using the same selected AI voice model and do not include a new human recording.
The complimentary revision applies to the individual voice tag for which it was requested. It cannot be transferred to a different tag, order, vocalist, or customer.
What Qualifies as a Revision?
A revision allows reasonable performance, pronunciation, or mix adjustments while keeping the original wording and core creative direction. For an AI Producer Tag, this may include a new generated take or a revised effects treatment.
Eligible adjustments may include:
- Changing tone, energy, pacing, emphasis, or delivery style within the original instructions.
- Adjusting a performance detail that reasonably differs from the direction supplied with the order.
- Making another reasonable performance adjustment that does not create a new voice tag.
What Does Not Qualify?
- New Wording: Changing, replacing, adding, or removing a name, word, phrase, or script requires a new order.
- Changing Vocalists or Voice Models: A revision must use the original human vocalist or the AI voice model selected on the original order. Selecting another vocalist or model requires a new order.
- New Creative Direction: A substantially different concept, character, accent, or direction not included in the original instructions may require a new order.
- Additional Versions: Alternate scripts, extra takes, or additional voice tags are not revisions unless the selected service configuration expressly includes them.
Pronunciation Corrections
If the vocalist incorrectly pronounces a name, word, or phrase despite receiving accurate and sufficient pronunciation guidance, VTG will provide a pronunciation correction at no additional charge.
An eligible pronunciation correction does not use your complimentary revision. Changing the pronunciation instructions after delivery, or failing to provide sufficient guidance with the original order, may require a new order or paid correction.
If VTG cannot provide the correct pronunciation after receiving sufficient guidance, you may qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.
Revision Request Period
You must submit an eligible revision request within 30 days after the original voice tag is delivered.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period may be denied or handled as a paid new order.
How to Request a Revision
Email hello@voicetaggods.com from the address used for the order and include:
- Your order number or other information needed to locate the order.
- The specific voice tag that needs adjustment.
- A clear description of the requested performance change.
- Any useful reference that remains consistent with the original order.
The revision turnaround period begins once VTG has received a complete and eligible request.
Revision Turnaround
Eligible revisions may take up to seven days to complete.
The turnaround clock may be paused while VTG waits for missing information, clarification, or a customer response.
If an eligible and complete revision request is not delivered within seven days for reasons not caused by the customer, the remedies in our Refund Policy apply.
Additional Revisions
After the included revision has been used, additional revisions may require a new order or additional payment unless the selected service configuration expressly includes more revisions.
Creative Satisfaction
A revision gives VTG another opportunity to adjust the original performance but does not guarantee that the result will match every subjective preference.
Dissatisfaction after an eligible revision does not by itself create a right to an additional free revision or refund.
Respectful Communication
Customers must communicate respectfully with VTG vocalists and support personnel.
For abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication, VTG may restrict direct contact, require communication through support, and decline discretionary work. This does not remove any mandatory legal remedy or eligible contractual remedy.
Refunds After a Revision
Once a completed revision is delivered, the revision and original order are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.
Relationship to Other Terms
This Revision Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If a service or add-on description includes a more specific revision allowance, that order-specific description applies unless prohibited by law.
Changes to This Policy
VTG may update this Revision Policy. The version in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order.
