This Refund Policy explains when a Voice Tag Gods ("VTG") order may be canceled, refunded, or partially refunded. Because every voice tag is custom-recorded for a specific customer, different rules apply before and after delivery.
Before Delivery
You may request a full refund at any time before the completed voice tag is delivered.
If a full refund is approved, the order is canceled. You may not use any draft, preview, or recording connected with the refunded order.
After Delivery
Once the completed files or a working download link have been sent to the email address supplied with the order, the order is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable.
Opening or downloading the files is not required for delivery to occur. VTG may retain email-delivery, file-access, and download records as evidence of delivery.
After delivery, subjective dissatisfaction with the voice, performance, tone, pacing, energy, effects, or creative result does not by itself qualify the order for a refund. You should use any eligible revision included with the order under our Revision Policy.
Pronunciation Problems
If a vocalist mispronounces a name, word, or phrase despite receiving accurate and sufficient pronunciation guidance, VTG will first provide a correction at no additional charge.
If VTG cannot provide the correct pronunciation after receiving sufficient guidance, you may request a full refund.
A pronunciation issue caused by missing, unclear, inaccurate, or changed customer instructions does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Late Orders
If an order is not delivered within the applicable turnaround period, and the delay was not caused by the customer or circumstances excluded under the Terms & Conditions, you may choose:
- A full refund and cancellation of the undelivered order; or
- A partial refund of 33% of the price paid for that order, while keeping the order active for completion.
This remedy is the same for every service configuration. Because prices are set by each vocalist and can differ between them, the partial refund is calculated from the amount actually paid for the order rather than from a fixed sum.
Effect of Choosing a Late-Order Remedy
If you choose a full refund, the order is canceled and VTG has no obligation to complete or deliver it.
If you choose a partial refund, the order remains active. After the completed order is delivered, the remaining purchase price is generally non-refundable except where required by law or another express exception in this policy applies.
Late Revisions
If an eligible, complete revision request is not delivered within seven days for reasons not caused by the customer, you may request a full refund of the original order.
The seven-day period begins only after VTG receives all information reasonably required to perform the revision. Time spent waiting for customer clarification or missing information does not count toward that period.
Customer-Caused Delays
A delay does not qualify for a late-order or late-revision refund where it results from:
- Missing, incomplete, contradictory, or inaccurate instructions.
- Insufficient pronunciation guidance.
- An invalid or inaccessible email address or reference file.
- A delayed customer response or approval.
- A failed, reversed, disputed, or reviewed payment.
- A request to change the original wording, vocalist, or creative direction.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@voicetaggods.com from the address used for the order and include your order number, the reason for the request, and the remedy requested.
VTG may request information reasonably needed to verify the order, delivery status, pronunciation instructions, or cause of delay.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing.
The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, and payment method.
Fraud and Abuse
VTG may reject a refund request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, an unauthorized payment dispute, false non-delivery claims, or an attempt to keep or use files after receiving a refund.
This section does not limit a legitimate consumer complaint or any mandatory legal right.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits a refund, price reduction, correction, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Relationship to Other Terms
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Revision requests are separately governed by our Revision Policy.
Changes to This Policy
VTG may update this Refund Policy. The version in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order.
