STANDARD

Receive Order up to 1-4 Business Days via email

When placing a standard order you can receive your voice tag purchase up to 1-4 days after purchase. Voice tags are ONLY refundable BEFORE the voice tag has been sent to your email. Once the tag(s) has been emailed, they are yours to keep. You will receive your voice tag in .WAV format. An MP3 format can be provided also upon request.

The delivery turnaround CAN VARY depending on how many orders your vocalist has at that current moment of purchase.

FAST

Receive Order 1-2 Days After purchase via email

When placing a FAST same day order you will receive your voice tag within 24-48 hours after purchase. Voice tags are ONLY refundable BEFORE the voice tag has been sent to your email. Once the tag(s) has been emailed, they are yours to keep. You will receive your voice tag in .WAV format. An MP3 format can be provided also upon request.

The delivery turnaround CAN VARY depending on how many orders your vocalist has at that current moment of purchase.

NOTE: Not all vocalists on this site support this as an option for delivery.

Non-Delivery Days

Orders will not be sent out on Sundays & Some Major Holidays

Sundays will not count as a delivery day for your purchase. The next following day, Monday, will count as your next business day after Saturday.

Recovery

We do not Store Voice Tags

Save the emails we send you that contain your voice tag(s) or please make backup copies of your voice tag. We are not responsible for keeping up with your voice tag for you. If you lose your voice tag due to a hard drive crash and/or any other technical issue, you may have to reorder a new voice tag from us.

LATE ORDERS

When are orders considered late?

Voice tag orders are not late until 24 hours after due date. If you did not receive your voice tag order, please click the red “Help” button at the bottom right of this website to email us with your order number and we’ll get to you as soon as possible.
